SPAR Tuscany

Utterly disgusted with how this place turned out.Some staff members are rude to the sense that they can't even say Hello back to you when greeting, we are all human? Management doesn't seem to care for anything Covid-19 related seeing as I had to ask them to get me Sanitizer or a sanitizing cloth for the trolleys which are dirty.All the Spar Branches in Rustenburg are going down the drain completely.

The staff is friendly, they are always helpful when you need something. There is a lot of room for improvement in terms of ensuring the price on the shelves are updated accordingly, the cakes are really not fresh but I heard that is because they do not have a bakery. They must have a bakery or entirely stop selling cakes. The cakes should be cheap also if we taking that they are not fresh into account. I like the manager, I will get her name next time. The cashiers are cool beans too. Keep it up and improve where necessary.

Horrable. Dirty. Lots of big lazy fly's sitting between the meat and cheese. Nobody to wight potatoes. Went to look for someone and a lady had to come out behind the till to help.

Bought Lasagne has almost not real taste, mmWhy waste time making food that does not taste like anything. Think the Spar management needs to read the reviews, they have very low rating

Service is so super good nd the cashiers are friendly to anyone

Bought last month a tray of EGGSPERT eggs, the eggs was covered with a type of mould. New tray eggs from Wed, the same BB 3/11, WHAT ADISGRACE!!! PLEASE CHECK YOUR EXPIRY DATES...MANAGEMENT SEND YOUR STAFF FOR TRAINING.YOUR PRODUCTS GETTING WORSE DAY BY DAY!A DISGRACE!!!

Ok, so I would like to post again.Too my fellow neighbours and Rustenburg'ers, avoid Tuscany Spar. Another Spar in our town that is cheating us as consumers in soo many ways. My experiences and list of complaints are endless.I will never return or support them again but I will however share my nightmares.

This must be the worst Spar i have ever bought from. Got to the till to pay and there was no one....two managers" behind the counter but they did nothing....eventually a cashier came snail speed to help

Spar in Tuscany is not a pleasure to visit. Yesterday i went to get veggies. The red, yellow and green peppers were rotten. I told and showed him the rotten peppers. He just looked at it, shrugged his shoulders and continued his unpacking. When i got to the tellers there was nobody. Today, a friend and I went there again. Very few items have prices on the shelves, although the packer who helped me was very pleasant but it is very frustrating when one has to ask about a price. When we had the items to pay again nobody at the tills. My friend took 2 little books. Pricr on the shelve was R9. 00. When it was tilled the price was R36 each. Again a waiting session to verified the price which was R10. Really. This Spar is going downhill. They will nevet see me or my friend again.
