You have to have a Virgin Active membership to get in to the Kauai. Else ring a bell for someone to come out to you and serve from outside the gym.

I always receive excellent service from this particular Kauai. The food is always fresh and my kids love their smoothies. I love all their food and my new favourite are the superfood muffins. I can almost feel my body thanking me after a meal from Kauai. The only request I have is that they could perhaps include the beef burgers as they only keep the vegetarian ones at this branch.

If you are not a member at the gym, they won't allow you to sit down with your family and eat, we had to stand in the gym to order, no proper menu was given to us, the lady was googling the menu on her phone, and the food wasn't good at all.
