Extremely dissatisfied with Skine. They sold me a faulty product and when i went back to the store they blamed me and insisted that i am at fault, they refused to help me. They sold me blue dye which bleached my hair leaving me with an ugly yellow and completely frying my hair.

I went to this establishment to have my wig washed and straightened. 1.They returned my wig to me late, 2. it was not completely straight, 3 worst of all my wig now has bald spots in the hairline. I’ve added pictures of the hairline after service compared to before. They ruined my beautiful expensive hair.

Beautifully laid out store, great customer service from Tatum - she definately deserves a promotion, she's efficient, friendly and professional. I'm happy with the wig I purchased and will definately be back.

Criminal buisness.bought hair dye and it was diluted already with the seal open.approach with suspicion.
