Excellent service and good advice from Steph and JP. I paid less than the marked price for my phone and they threw in a charging cable too ! When I noticed that my new phone did not have a port for my headphones Steph was kind enough to offer me his own connector … at no cost ! This is service above and beyond . Thanks a million guys.

After months of research I finally found the Mac M2 Mini that I was looking for at Macshack. A custom build so well priced. The best price, their website rocks, the ordering process was perfect, and the customer service and follow up during the whole process 1st class. Kudus to their sales staff. Super happy I found this place and then started speaking to other folks who told me the same. THE BEST.

Take the time to read this one - unfortunately, never EVER recommending Mac Shack ever again. When you deal with them, ensure you take videos of everything to not enable them to return a broken device back to you.Background:I went through their process to sell an iMac to them. Before packaging the device securely, I shared photos of the device working (booted into the OS to get the specs, ID). They arranged courier and the iMac was picked up and delivered same day.After having the iMac for a full week, there was no response from them after multiple follow ups. After an initial significant disappointment around a final offer which was significantly less than what prompted me to sell my device, I was promptly contacted by one of the owners of the business who had done his homework, considered and put options to me to resolve the issue. Very professionally done with good care. Regardless of how this turns out, this is a great business made of the right stuff.
