Struggled to get in contact.

I've been supporting the Kyalami branch since 2018. Disappointed at how the service has become since new ownership. On my last two visits to the branch, there was tons of noise and chattering coming from the owner and therapists. A beauty salon is supposed to be therapeutic and quiet. Still I let it go and continued to support them. I've tried booking with them in the past 2 days for an appointment and the lines just rang so I went into their Facebook page to see their festive dates but nothing was listed. I have been in hospitality for 13 years, I own and manage a restaurant and events venue. We posted our festive dates last month so clients are aware of when we are open and when we are closed. It blows my mind that in the 21st century with social media a business cannot do this. Today I arrived for my appointment on time and was told the therapist is still busy with another client. While waiting I was informed that only 1 of my 3 treatments can be done and that they tried calling me to inform me. I have no missed call on my phone from the store and have been receiving calls since the morning. I was told the therapist took the booking. Then I asked why is a therapist taking a booking and not an admin person. My Chefs don't take bookings at my business, I have an admin person solely dedicated to this to prevent these situations. Now the therapist is busy with a client and cannot rectify or answer the client. Totally disorganized. The owner sits there most of the time doing I'm not sure what as her response to me was , this is how I run my business. There's a reason why I moved my treatment to Skin Renewal, totally professionalism and excellent service. Placecol Head Office also doesn't respond to emails. It seems like they prefer to have branch owners just like them, no regard whatsoever for customers.
