We were professionally and courteously treated with the knowledgeable staff helping explain and guide our choices. Unfortunately when we got home we noticed a small part missing from one of our items and phoned to see how to rectify the problem. We purchased a fire pit with mesh from ParcHaus and was assisted by Buhle Mzaku. Her quality of service was excellent and she made the whole purchase process effortless.
