Great. Self service machine makes it easier for one not to queue too long, it is a great convenience. The atmosphere is calm, one enjoys it. The food was good.

The staff here is so friendly and they are easy to talk. When you enter inside and you have a problem with the order machine you will always find a staff member waiting there to help. I went there couple of times and none of those times was I ever disappointed. Even on collection the staff there will greet you so humbly and even have a small talk with you. I once bought that family meal and wow did I enjoy and the lady at the order machine made me realize that the meal actually costs less as I had McDonald's app. So she helped me use it. That lady was so friendly she even convinced me to pay that R5 donation due to her helpfulness

The place was very busy and sitting at almost full capacity they managed to have our food ready in less than 10 minutes the only issue was house keeping their tables must be continuously inspected and cleaned. Overall me and my friend had a good experience eating there.

Our order took more than 10 minutes to be prepared. We ordered the SA breakfast and some had no onions. The fries tasted like they were cooked with old oil. I am completely disappointed and doubt I'll be buying from any McDonald's anytime soon.

The service is so bad, the attitude I always experience there is shocking.They are very slow and they don’t have ice for iced coffee and they don’t even put up a notice. I’ve been 3 more than 5 times different occasions but the service is the same!!They cannot even communicate properly without being rude.The worst!!!

This service is good, though their order receiving surface is small or maybe it's because they don't allocate enough members to the front to serve customers. They have enough sitting area and well ventilated.
