Their telephone number on their own site doesn't work and they don't respond to their own contact forms. Shocking!!! What is the point of having a warranty if you can't get hold of the people?

Worst Service. I have dropped my HP printer the 23/01/2023. Waited 2.5 weeks for feedback from them. in actual fact, only when I sent a stinking email did, they reply to my mail. anyway, made my payment for the repairs and still awaiting feedback wrt the printer. pathetic service!!!! wish I had read the reviews before leaving my printer with them. highly disappointed and frustrated.

DONT EVER USE ENSURE IT for repairs.Please if you see this read below.Absolutely can’t believe HP is still allowing this company to be an certified business for HP. First the people in the front desk lied to me stating that they didn’t what was wrong with my laptop and was fixed 1 day later. 2 weeks later the same problem occurs and turns out they did a software update with no technician looking at the actual problem.Now currently they have been sitting with my laptop for a week and no response from the centre and they haven’t even had a technician look at it.I ahave a business to run and Ensure IT is costing me a lot money due to their pathetic service.This was my first review.Second review:I’m still currently sitting without my laptop after three weeks of giving it and them lying to me about the ETA of fixing it and getting the parts. I phoned in yesterday only to receive the news that they have the part but it was in the incorrect box so there’s a back order, and the part will take another week to fix. I’ve payed R4500 in hiring a laptop because they said it will only take a week but I’ve had to extend the hiring, hence costing me so much.I’m not one to complain but geez how does HP even allow a company like this in to operate under their name.They will ask you to send a 10 digit work number but it gets nowhere because no one can actually tell you or explain to you what’s going on.

Absolute no service or understanding of what is going on. Booked my HP in with them its still under warrantee, I get no feedback. Tried phoning in and the lady had absolute no understanding of what is going on. When she could not answer my questions, I was placed on hold and then the call was just out down. NEver will I make use of them again.

Had to call them 4 times to receive the quote. Literally received almost no service/feedback after payment. Motherboard had to be replaced. After calling and emailing multiple times, they informed me finally that the laptop was fixed. After fetching the laptop, the screen kept going black for a few seconds when opening applications. Took it back 2 days after. Have requested feedback multiple times again on the status of my laptop yet no response. Its been over a month and I have still not received any feedback on my laptop since.

Would be a ZERO if possible. Worst service I have ever experienced from an IT Repairs agent. So Called HP Approved. Received a R13000 odd quote from them. The Laptop was repaired with no parts in 15 mins (By an independent qualified HP Technician) ... CMOS fan control had been messed with so the laptop would overheat. Nice one Ensure ... if it aint broken and you cant make money .... just break it an quote the client exorbitant amounts to fix something that you broke to start off with. Daylight Robbery and Extortion of the worst kind. NEVER NEVER NEVER will I ever touch these people again!

As with all of the issues and complaints on Google, I am having a very slow service form Ensure, Dropped the Laptop off with them a week ago and they have not even assessed the machine let alone started work on the unit, the women on the customer services line was rude and unprofessional, busy complaining to the HP Executives now.

Waiting over 45 days for an update on my repair. Phoned several times still no updates.

Shocking service. Wish I had known this before I bought the laptop. 6 weeks and I still have not received my quote or any communication from them!
