I was helped by the kindest women at Sacai. I got the best care from both Emily Moloi and the other Emily, they are so sweet and were not rude at all. They are good at their job and I noticed that other people who speak to them are as comfortable as I was. Thank you for the kind service ❤️

The incompetence is just outstanding. Also their marks dont make sense, especially physics, maths and life science. And theres literally nothing we students can do about it. Oppressive is what it is

It's been 4 years that Karen and Elsna who work for sacai have been treating me like a puppet, refusing to combine my matric certificate. I have lost opportunities and couldn't even get enrolled into any tertiary institute due to am uncombined matric certificate. I would never recommend sacai to anyone they are racist and don't care about the future of blacks in S.A4y ears of my life down the drain because of sacai hope they are so proud of themselvesKaren and Elsna one day you will get wats coming to you

Despite several emails over the last 18 months requesting when I can expect to receive my son's matric certificate (which he completed in 2019) I am still waiting for a response. Many phone calls and visits to the office have also been made to Edufunda with no feedback. This is impacting negatively on my son as we moved to the UK in March 2020 and as a result of him not having this certificate he is having to re-write his English and Maths, as his statement of results is not being accepted. I cannot fathom how it can take so long to re-print the original certificate that was printed incorrectly

Worst ever organisation to deal with. I was unfortunate to have 2 of my kids registered to them.. they do not communicate or even bother to respond to e mails.. this has been my experience over the last 3 years. They just don't care at all
