I contacted them by phone late in the afternoon and arrived just before closing and was assisted with genuine interest and a wealth of knowledge. It was my first visit and I was treated like a long time valued customer. I highly recommend this business to all.

Wouldn't go anywhere else! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and happy to spend time imparting their knowledge. They will give you their honest opinion and help you make the right decision and not just sell you the most expensive product. Very grateful we found these guys. The only issue is it takes my husband ages anytime we visit because he loves having a chat.

Fantastic service, firstly by telephone a few weeks ago I spoke with two different gentlemen on two different occasions who were incredibly knowledgeable and were more than happy to talk to me unlike previous mower shops that I called before small motors. In store Samantha and her team were very thorough and helpful, could not have asked for more, considering it was a busy Friday morning.The young gentleman explained the operations of my machine in detail and made sure I understood thoroughly and gave me several hints. The service provided by the team at small motors was outstanding and would recommend to anyone, see you again in the near future.Thank you all very much.

I totally agree with the friendly service, good advise and honest, reasonable prices charged for work done on my two mowers, which now run like when brand new.No wonder they receive such a good name and repeat custom.I also recommend them and will continue using them.

Too expensive! Super cheap sold the same part for 1/4 of the price. I don’t recommend and will not go there again!

Dropped in a neglected Victa for not so small list of things that needed sorting. Very happy with the communication, quality of work, and integrity. Mower is running great and lawn looks good. Perfect example of local guys doing it right.Will be going back.
