I have had the worst client experience from Madelein Burr-Dixon . From her going over 2 months waiting for a document" from me when a simple follow-up email would've sufficed. To not being kept in the loop about where they were in the process of my registration or my emails not being responded to 3 days after being sent... I would not recommend at all based on my experience. I've had way better service elsewhere and never had a problem as I was always updated on the status of my registration. Dealing with Weavind has been like dealing with some of the government departments. Frustrating to say the least...."

Having very bad service from Madelein.... Dont come back to me... dont follow up... i have to follow up. Dragging the process and blaming the bank. Always have to phone and find out wheres the papers whats the progress etc. Its been over a month since we have signed our papers. When i phone to follow up or give feedback she responds in a impatient curt manner.... its not been a pleasant experience wit Weavind... will not recommend...
