I handed in a bracelet to be re-plated and charms added on 27 May 2023. I am still waiting for Miglio to come back to me with a quote. If it takes almost a month to obtain a quote (hopefully after this post I will receive a quote before 27 June) then how long is it going to be to actually get the work done.The lady who assisted me when I handed it in was friendly and extremely helpful. I visited the shop two weeks later and the male was more interested in his cellphone than actually assisting. I am not happy with Miglio at all!And 2 days later not even a response from Miglio!
