Worst experience of my life. Items priced wrong from the shelves (R344) vs what I paid (R382.80). Had to point it out and the cashier apologises, stating that she did call some lady before going on leave to rectify prices as all the pairs should be R280, yet she rings up the shoes again at R344. I questioned her as to what she just stated about the R280 but then rings it up again at the R344 what shelve talker indicates. Suddenly owner's son jumps in from the side arrogantly asking me where do I buy shoes for R280, Pep stores or where. When I told him I didn't speak to him and was actually nice to the cashier. I did not want confrontation and rather asked the cashier for a credit. Then he got even more agressive and intimidating asking me if I go to all shops making trouble about prices and swearingly chases me out of the shop with a threatining and intimidating body posture. I left the store embarrassed, threatened and intimidated without shoes. I Called the owner as to inform him and he is totally the opposite from his son and even called back stating that the son will call me tomorrow and apologise. I vehemently feel that this type of attitude, agressive and intimidating behaviour does not have a place in any company.
