We purchased the Hayley double seater with a day bed. For the first 2 nights straight, we fell asleep on the couch (unintentional). The comfort is amazing and the quality of very high standard. Very affordable and decent service. We are very happy with our suite.

Service from Nadia was friendly, polite and welcoming from the time I entered the showroom. I was given a run down of all style options, configurations and fabrics with pros and cons. I was informed of everything from lead time to collection process including cut off time for collection. The quality, workmanship and comfort of the couch is much better than most couches I've seen in other popular stores and has certainly exceeded my expectations. The owner Donna is accommodating, humble, professional and seems to pride herself on customer satisfaction. I can confidently recommend purchasing your new lounge suite from HomeSet Durban. 10/10 would definitely order my next couch from them. Terrible experience. Couch is 2 years old. Completely flattened, lost all cushioning. the entire frame is made completely from the most uncomfortable wood. Aesthetically, the couch looked good when It was purchased in 2021. However, now, it looks a if its 20 years old.Would not recommend.
