Eco Direct
Eco Direct installed our hybrid solar system in 2021. It initially worked fine but has since become a source of immense frustration. They know exactly what the problems is, but keep telling me their supplier will exchange my faulty inverters, but doesn't have stock. I’ve since made a point of phoning various inverter suppliers in Cape Town and they assured me that there are plenty of stock available. I no longer get any response from Douglass Weidemann nor Desmond, his brother. I would recommend anyone interested in a home solar installation to stay well away from Eco Direct.
