Pathetic service I have ever received in my entire life. I have booked for installation since mid December 2020 and until to date no installation has been made.They would promise to come at a particular day and not give a turnaround time, I have rescheduled my very important appointments too many times.Knysna needs another accredited DSTV installer, there's absolutely no competition that's why this company is doing this to us.This needs to be taken up with DSTV ASAP.This makes me sick to the core, and they are unapologetic about their poor service. I've paid two debit orders already with no full service that I am paying for.

Disgusting service. I am highly disappointed and upset. Very unprofessional. Did not show up at promised day, then when they eventually showed up the next day, they did not phone (as requested and promised), just showed up. The office staff is friendly. But the technicians shouldn't be allowed to work with other humans. I am seriously disgusted. They set up our system initially, and it broke and they came out to fix it again and now the third time the same problem and they do not even remember fixing it the previous time. But it was the same people?

Good and quick service

Wonderful service and attention to detail. Took decoder home plugged it in and all setup was correct and all options were correctly enabled. A very pleasant experience. Would recommend them if you have any DSTV problems.

Very satisfied with their very professional service and expertise. A rather complex old deteriorating LNB cable setup was tidied up and a faulty cable replaced. They arrived at our premises on the promised date, and with a prior phone call to ensure we were home. A thorough checkup was performed on job completion.

First class service.. Conwin was accommodating after 1pm.. There was a queue prior and he dealt with everyone.. First class.. Thank you.. John Wood..

Great service and friendly folk

No electricity no assistance, then why your doors open? Surely they could have an manual backup process to assist customers expecially if they travel from out of town to get assisted.
