After-sales service is disgusting!!Marcel and Simoné were happy to take our money for a new pool. After the installation, we had numerous problems with the pool. Marcel promised to come fix them but never arrived. Now he refuses to take my calls.We bought a solid safety pool cover from Marcel that does not fit. He refuses to fix the cover so we now have a very expensive cover we can not use.Very frustrating and disappointing experience, especially for the money we paid. I think he’s a bit of a scammer.Be careful dealing with Pro-X pools

We very recently installed our pool through Pro-X Pools and what a great experience it was. Marcel and Simoné are upfront about what needs to be done so there are no surprizes and so friendly and helpful! The workers all works like a well oiled machine and each one knows exactly what they are doing. They are very professional, friendly and honest. I would whole heartedly recommend Pro X-Pools to anyone. Do not try to go cheap to save money, in the long run it will cost you more!

Don't know why my name comes up as Deandri, she is my daughter. Maybe because she does most of my talking:-). Marcel and his team revamp our pool a couple of weeks ago. I have no hesitation in recommending Pro X-pools, they remodeled my splash pool a couple of weeks ago, their staff were efficient and pleasant. They did an excellent job and I now have a pool that looks brand new.

Contacted Pro X to fix a massive Pool problem caused by sloppy work from another contractor, they were courteous, quick and the quality is excellent. Had i contacted them in the first place i would have saved myself a lot of unnecessary drama! My thanks and gratitude to Marcel and the Pro X team

Called a consultant out to quote on repair work to be done on a pool. He came out and did the necessary measurements as required for a quote. Had to call him a week later to remind him about the quote. He promised to send the quote….still waiting. Joke is that this guy was highly rated by another ‘pool pal’ of his.
