Absolutely wonderful experience! Thanks a million to Derrick who made it so special! From the initial contact to the selection and purchase of the ring… purchasing an engagement ring is an emotional process and I’ve been so picky and had tons of questions. Derrick was so knowledgeable, flexible, responsive, patient and transparent all while accommodating for any special request I had. The icing on the cake was the tour of the workshop to meet the rest of the team and see where the ring was made. Unbeatable experience worth every Dollar you pay. Don’t look further, just ask for Derrick and be assured to get the best experience, service and product at a very competitive price. Thumbs up to the whole team for the excellent work!

From the beginning, Jaimee was so helpful in answering my questions and giving me peace of mind throughout regarding design, budget, turnaround time, etc. It was easy to communicate my design ideas and see them translated in the CAD designs and the response time was always very prompt, and all of this remotely! Jaimee kept me updated throughout the process, sending CAD designs and revisions as we went along and even a video of the rings once they were ready. Manufacturing time from the finalisation of the design was within the communicated lead time and overnight delivery from Cape Town to Johannesburg was easily arranged and secure, including the valuation certificate and diamond report. Overall a wonderful experience and highly recommended

Initially ordered an engagement ring from Derrick Libera and the quality, service and price was the best. Now ordered the wedding band and once again very happy. They also couriered me the ring the next day to jhb. They design and produce great jewelry and are so easy to deal with. Buy here rather than the big chain jewelers and save yourself cash and get a custom design!
