Don’t ever purchase a product from this company. They do not care about you or about servicing you.Paid for a repair and still nothing. It appears they are happy to take your product and money and not render any service.

Be very wary about this company have had nothing but problem's with them.They don't carry all the spares you need.Staff don't listen to ones complaintsReceived my vacuum back with parts missingPhoning is you been passed from one person to another but not speaking to anyone. Plus no one will get back to you.Highly recommend that you don't buy Bennett Reid product as theirs no after sales support that seems to work

Very poor after sales service. No spares available. Very unhelpful staff. Calls never returned. I have a vacuum that is unusable because they cannot provide a R50 part and now I need to buy a new vacuum. Whilst I have no complaints about the Bennet read vacuum, it is unusable without spares.
