Pack Life CrossFit Sandton

As a long time member I strongly recommend CrossFit Sandton, the coaches are enthusiastic, skilled and humble. CFS has a good social atmosphere where you can relax after a hard workout and banter over coffees with coaches and the rest of the class

Crossfit Sandton is a really awesome! Great facility and even better community. The members are very welcoming , the coaches knowledge and friendly. Their packages provide really great value for money with several types of options for workouts (weightlifting, yoga, crossfit, etc.) and provide a cool on-ramp classes which were really helpful with teaching the movements in a chilled out environment.The box is collocated with a jujitsu, boxing and coming soon - a coffee shop (exciting!!) :D

By far the best looking and kitted out CrossFit box I have ever seen. Coaches are also highly engaged, helpful and patient. Just be warned that parking is a problem, so come via an Uber if you can to avoid parking frustrations.

Absolutely love training at the Pack Life Sandton box. Not only are the facilities exquisite (bathrooms included), the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic and every class is well planned and always fun to do. So proud to be part of the pack!!

Nothing but good vibes and motivating times ! Form the moment you walk into Sandton to the moment you leave, you are greeted by friendly faces and waiting for Your class to begin(which you arrive early to, to greet your fellow athletes) you chat about your training development and whether or not you managed to get that handstand - or even conquered a “normal” strict push up . No matter what level you are accepted into the family !Also kudos I’ve just given birth to our first baby and I trained right up until d day - trailering workouts and never making me feel like a nuisance was incredible and feel even more chuffed that we chose Packlife to be our Pack fitness family !

Pack Life Sandton is an amazing facility, with wonderful people, fun and challenging classes to help you reach your fitness goals. The spirit and enthusiasm of the Coaches and Pack Members is electric and addictive!

CrossFit Sandton was so welcoming from day one. It is a space where I look forward to going to everyday and it has a family feel about it. The coaches are supportive no matter strong you are and they are there to help you reach your fitness/strength goals.

One of the best (if not the best) CrossFit boxes I’ve had the privilege of being a member. Even as a new member you immediately feel welcomed and part of a community. The facilities are great, but it’s the coaches who make it the amazing box it is.
