Worst experience in tyre business today. They had load shedding until 14:00 and had two cars waiting. I had two vehicles for alignment, balancing and rotation. The alignment hoist was open but the counter sales person said he had two vehicles waiting.Hey if you want business you will ask a customer if he can wait and make a plan and get a vehicle up on the alignment. Did you know that you can do alignment before rotation and balancing. Show that you want the business and that you know what to do. I’ve been in tyre industry, retail management for over 30 years.I’m available to help with training.

Please make sure you give customers a written quotation of work and not verbally confirm pricing. Had to decline a purchase today as there was a misunderstanding with prices issued verbally.
