Spektrum Print

Very friendly people.

Unfortunately we received poor service. We first ordered certificates but the paper was very thin, then we reordered new ones on thicker paper. It was arranged to pick it up on Friday 10 Aug. When we got there they where closed. We phoned their office and a woman answered she said they were closed but she is there because they are behind on their word. I told her we had an arrangement to pic up our certificates today. She said we could come and collect it. When we got there a second time they did not even print it! She could not track anything down and we have already paid for the product! :-(

This is the second time ordering A5 pamphlets and business cards from Spektrum Print, very happy with the service. Send my RFQ in the morning and received my quotation same day, made payment and the design team started immediately. Received my print design the next day, they had to design from scratch. Really happy with the response reaction time every time. Received my printed products in record time frame, I will always support and return to Spektrum Print. Really good service and good quality of product. Thanks Spektrum team!
