Great store. Good selection of stock and art supplies, but honestly, the staff let this fab shop in an ideal location down. Dismal customer service, super slow at check-out and just a general air of I don't really want to be here". Manager is ALWAYS in the back and takes forever to appear for a voucher validation or even just a general query. PNA Head Office... be aware of this branch slowly burning your brand in a very lucrative area."

The store has a really good selection of stock so I do use the shop however the customer service is a bit mixed. Some staff members are helpful and others look completely disinterested. Our worst experiences with this shop have been when we've had returns. The manager does not handle these professionally. She looks like she would prefer to avoid dealing with you and then makes you feel like they are doing you a big favour.Update May 2021This is the second time I've been in the shop and been told that they don't accept refunds for one or other product. This time they wanted to tell me that they don't accept refunds on books as I was purchasing 2 books. This is just illegal according to the consumer act legislation. Not really the staff's fault, but whoever the management is, they are real chancers.

Well stocked stationary store with a good selection and friendly staff

Service was good, it was busy and the assistants were rather too quick. One was rang 3 times , discovered it before leaving the shop. It was rectified. No apology was given voluntarily , had to ask for it

Had everything I was looking for today! Very impressed with their ranges of paints, paint brushes and paper. Only thing that bother was the small arts and craft stuff I always used to get here, looks like its not that important anymore. I couldnt get as much in this department, like I usually did (feathers, small paper flowers, small wooden figures, different ribnons etc.)

A good looking store, let down by dismal customer service. What a shame. If you are wrong, please apologise, and please don't treat me as an inconvenience while correcting your mistake. Store manager, show up and support and guide your staff.If the price tag say R13.99, I don't want to be charged R14.99, just because that is what the scanner said. And when I purchase 4 items, I don't want to be charged for 6 of them.Thank you for the refund, but I'm unlikely to shop at this store again.

Staff don't know the products. Found the item I was looking for when staff said there wasn't something like that I'm stock
