I definitely would not recommend this store. I took my Micheal Kors watch into get fixed and it resulted in it being more damaged. I'm extremely disappointed & saddened by the way the whole situation was handled, as they offered no reason or solution.

I wouldn't recommend this shop at all. The staff is not friendly, they let you move around without offering any genuine assistance. I bought a ring that needed to be re-sized, they told me it will take a week, it's now more than 2 weeks with no communication at all and when I call they say the ring is ready with no explanation of why they were not informing us about it. So disappointed!

Front staff, nice and friendly. Technicians, the worst. Will avoid them in the future for sure

Very disappointed in this store. I took in a ring to be made larger and a missing diamond added. The service throughout was unfriendly and unprofessional. The resulting ring is too large, yet it is smaller than the size I was asked to pay for. The new diamond is, even to naked eye, of far inferior quality to the others. I shall not return to this jeweller.
