On 25/03/2022 at 09:17am, The nurse working at room 10 was very very rude at me. Just by asking what was the injection for, she rudely said I must go back and ask the nurse who said I must come and get the injection. I always knew nurses are rude, I did not see that one coming. I have been using this clinic for a long time, I don't want to lie I have never had a complaint. I am so disappointed...

It was very efficient service I received thanks to a certain nurse that made my experience so nice.

I wish it had a minus 1 or maybe minus10. My dad comes for his monthly chronic meds. Yes, its covid but there are OTHER medical issues as well. My dad sat for 3 hours for them to just call him to go wait inside. Because the nurses messed up because they did not listen to us. I heard them loud and clear as to which box he needed to put his card in, but they fkd it up. Old people sitting outside in cold and rain. I feel so sorry for the people sitting outside in the cold. And YES, nurses are overwhelmed, but go take out your anger issues and attitude with Management than the old and sickly. They don't need your attitude, they need assistance.

I am not sure if this clinic has specific individuals that they cater to and the rest of us are unfortunate. The situation in there really makes me sad. Where can i file formal complaint . My brother still has not received his medication being moved back and forth and his situation is critical. Last time just to have them pay attention to hm i had to book leave and go with him. Same thing is happening this month moved from pillar to post and no one cares if something happens to that child they will have to share the consequences. He is now with medicationfor a month. Totally unacceptable. Im not going there again for the 5th time were can we lodge a complaint.

their staff goes the extra mile ,courteous and are really willing to assist patients,People are treated well despite your color,keep it up Goodwood Staff

I was very scared and sceptical about public services.From the first day I came here , everything was clear. The sisters are very nice. I would like to give a special thanks to sister Jonathan, she is an angel and has such a good heart.Patient and understanding. I wish I gave her a gift.Since it's public and free , expect a lot of people there.Hence,arrive two hours before your appointment. Simple!

I do NOT recommend this clinic at all.. they have such strict policies on no shows or late comings... but then you end up having to wait for your appointment... you pay R600 for a consultation which only allows you to discuss ONE medical issue... absolutely disgusting!!!

I met a very rude nurse by the gate before the security opened for me, she asked what's the reason for my visit before I could fully explain to her she was all shouting and telling me how they do not treat people with flu. And that I need to got to the pharmacy as I was trying to explain that I come from work and they told me to go there she continue to speak whole I was talking so I just left...
