Excellent place to take the family. The staff are very friendly and the whole place is run really well. My Boys were amazed at all the birds in the park that looked healthy and well looked after even though there is no entrance fee to the bird park.The children's playground is very big and the kid loved it. We had a very good meal at the coffee shop even though we had a big table of 15 the waiter was excellent and the food was really good.highly recommend a visit to see all the birds and fish that they have on display.

Busy with renovations at the moment. Kids love to see the fish, birds, snakes etc. Miss the old place was amazing for the kids.

Worst service I have ever received at this pet shop. You'd think the people there are friendly. They can't even help you out when you are lost and in need of their assistance. I will never recommend them. They should be shut down.Also maybe get your cute manager or whoever he thinks he is to try conceal his firearm next time when talking to customers. You're at a pet shop selling things for PETS. WHY DO YOU NEED A FIREARM? You're not part of any security company or law enforcement, you're just in sales. Conceal your firearm.

A pet owners paradise. Lovely setting complete with eating area. All pet products reasonably priced. Puppies, fish, birds can be purchased here.

Didn't have a good experience today. Wanted to get a pair of budgies and was advised that it will take long to find a male and female, I should rather go to another petshop. We were also planning to buy other things but we left.

Lovely variety of pet products. The wild bird seed was sold at a fantastic price of R200 for 20kg. Huge bargain! Could not resist the great selection of doggy treats. I am sure my dogs thought it was a doggy christmas. Go get some special treats for your fur babies. The staff are very helpful and available to assist in your pet's needs.

Was a nice experience, in terms of shopping for your pet, 5 stars, but the experience has become very commercial and focused more towards the animal feed and accessories whereas previously it was a nice balance between animals and feed/accessories

A well-stocked pet store with a large variety of equipment, foods and toys for all pets. I particularly enjoy the birds, fish and cats sections - and always find what I am looking for, and more. A one-stop for all our pets' needs. Now and again, there are livestock available too; but I'd you are looking for something in particular, rather call before going instead of driving all the way, esp if like me, from a far distance away. There's also a nursery section with good quality plants.
