Working for Phangela Group doesn't make me happy at all, The site manager is rude to its own people then i don't know what are they doing with employees money but each and ever month there is queries.

I have never encountered a team that is this professional.From the get go, Phangela always shows professionalism and integrity. Their management is amazing.Definitely worth every penny.

Had to switch from Halt to CDF with their acquisition. Unfortunately since then they are nowhere to be seen in our complex. Flashy cars at traffic lights but not where it matters. They were fast to install a new battery at a huge fee and rip off the old Halt Security boards on my wall only to leave me with their CDF boards falling off and expecting me to fix it. Phoned several times only to be ignored of promises that they will send someone and oh yes don't forget to test your alarm system. Still waiting 5 weeks later for them. Sorry but Halt was less flashy but effective and efficient. These guys it all about show at intersections.Attached some pics on how to attach a board.

Our centre needs to reinforce our security system, therefore we asked for an assessment. The meeting for assessment was scheduled to be hosted at 11:15 on the 24th of March, however their salesman came to our premises at 10:58 and he left at 11:07. I phoned the salesman 5 times since 11:08 and he did not want to answer my call. No apology, no explanation before I contacted their customers service. Therefore I asked for a cancellation.Do you really trust this kind of AR company can really protect you? I do not!!

HQ is hard-core. Houston is an incredible high tech and efficient security hub. I particularly like their accountability wheel!. Performance is key!

It is the worst company I have dealt with in years that is now called CDF. I would like to tell the owner, you can have flashy cars but please focus on your admin people they can't get my company name correct after several calls and mails.

We had an accident tonight and tried to get a hold of the police with little success. Phoned Phangela instead and they were on scene within minutes. Amazing service with friendly staff.

Phoned the call center about an incident at Coble walk shopping center which Pangela is in charge of the security, the lady in the call center is absolutely useless. Wasting time on the phone instead of just phoning their gaurd at the shopping center to find out if everything is oke. Sorry but had a very bad experience, would not want to deal with them in an emergency.
