Good customer service and friendly staff

So years ago this was the best postnet around. But now? The last few times I've been there the service was shoddy, the work done also no good. Today I walked in and the lady serving me behaved as if she were doing me a huge favor. Her attitude was terrible. She got my copies done but when it came to cutting them did not use the bulk cutter and kept wandering off to chat with this other person. Eventually I had enough and asked to pay. I'd rather cut my pages at home, thanks! When Yolande was still there this postnet was running like a well oiled machine, staff were well trained and the work done up to scratch. I will no longer go there after today. I'm sure I can find a better postnet somewhere. I'd rather spend my money there.

Looking at the reviews I have to wonder if this is the same branch I’ve been to 3 times now and received the worst service slow, and u friendly staff

Terrible service..the lady assisting was so rude helping everyone before me ..I asked her to just check if the e mail had been received to which she replied that she was busy helping someone else...she then proceeded in giving me the incorrect stuff ...and to still charge R10 for an email.ripoff.

So super slow
