Stodels Garden Centre Bergvliet

This is a neat little place with wonderful plants and flowers and it's less crowded than the other Stodels facilities in town. The self-service restaurant has a perfect spot and a beautiful outside seating area with the play area right in front of it. The Cafe has a self-service counter where you can order your food ranging from all day breakfast, sandwiches and salads. They also have a kiddies menu and serve delicious milkshakes.The playground is equipped with a jungle gym, tree houses, a play kitchen and play house, a rocking horse, a climbing wall and balancing features. It's most suitable for younger children who can keep themselves busy while the adults enjoy their coffee and meals. The toilets are close by and also have baby changing facilities. The entire place is wheelchair friendly with parking right in front of the entrance.

Friendly, helpful & well educated staff. And everything under one roof, they even went to the end of the Earth to get a plant that was sold out.

Lovely place to have a coffee and purchase some nice plants. They offer really nice specials for pensioners at their coffee shop. This place is highly recommended.

Ordered 1 toastie special got 2 instead and checked card was debited. Asked for tea was served extremely bitter coffee. So yes the overall experience was not that great. Quality of food was great but service very poor. And the restaurant was fairly empty.

Fantastic service at Stodels Bergvliet. Staff are friendly and always greet hello when you walk in. The manager gave me a discount on at item that was cheaper at another outlet. Thank you so much! Excellent service. I will definitely be back again.

Clean, inviting and my kids loved it. Even had khoi fish.

Great place for kids because of the play area, little wooden house, jungle gym, slide, black scooter bikes, but the service at the Cafe is a bit slow

Pleasant usually for quick cuppa but load shedding again dampened this.
