Not me getting pizza around 6 today, waited for about 30 minutes and the minute I complained about the low quality high pitch repeated song did the unprofessional&untrained staff not turn the volume up? Now it's 6pm and I'm waiting outside in the cold for the basic and dry pizza because the noise is piercing through my ears so bad. Remind me to get ear plugs if I ever visit that pathetic place again. PS. Get your staff neat and fitting uniform and then a better sound system if you're looking into being a pub.

23/09/22 - 09h17 - Ordered pizza online. The one type of pizza shown unavailable after I ordered it and then online tracking became unavailable. Tried to call the store to hear what the problem is but there is no answer. Luckily I haven't paid yet.10h30 - Track Delivery is back online.Driver on his way. Debonairs is failing us as customers. They no longer make the pizzas nice and decent. The staff are just passing time. The pizzas are bad. I couldn’t even finish the pizza

Order pizza online yesterday and paid for it. This was before 5 o' clock . I did not receive the pizza. I called them after about 2 hours after I placed the order. They comfirm that the pizza is on the way. Now it is already pass 12 the next day and nobody even tried to contact me. Called a few times myself. First the line was to busy and you were place on hold... Calling from a cellphone one can't hold on forever.. 2 nd call I was put through to the manager just for the call being dropped. 3rd call went through to call centre. They took my details so that the manager can contact me....already waiting nearly a hour again for someone to contact me.

I waited for delivery for an entire 3 hours, and they never delivered. When I called, the assistant seemed uninterested and tired. What level of incompetency is that? Debonairs, Willows, Bloemfontein? What should I do now? What about my money? 13 hours later still no communication from willows about my order or my money. Can I get refund please because the link you gave me doesn't work

Debonairs has been losing some of its quality. I've noticed it around the whole of Bloemfontein. Willows seem to keep me not happy, but still satisfied. I've been missing that cream cheese factor (referring to the meaty triple decker) - and the pizza lately has been very dry.Be advised to order out of peek hours like I do. Between opening till 12:00 and then just passed 14:00 before 4pm. This will get your order to you in 30 minutes.Their delivery men are always friendly.
