If you want to experience incompetent poor service. Head over to Sterns Rustenburg Mall. The other staff member literally sleeping at the counter and they didn't know how much carrot diamond their rings were. Wow. I wanted to buy a ring for my finance. Poor poor poor service.

Very bad service have been waiting for my necklace for more than 5 months no feedback and if you contact them the one is more incompetent than the other and bad attitude towards costumers.
