Place is really nice but wish they had more packing available, the problem I had is sometime they make you wait too long while being on the phone with some one else. It would be nice if they could have a smoother method for people that come in to pay and fetch orders.

Sales person attending me taking calls kept me waiting, then tells me part not available without checking, just because his got too many calls coming in.Custormer service is really bad, or maybe just the one sales rep. putting a stain on the business as a whole.
