I went for normal electrical work, but guys are too lazy, they open everything but not fit when delivering. Also i went to them again and then the guys asking money to fit those open parts...Seems greedy mechanic...Not recommended...

Had my Evoque in for a major service ..very happy with work done and excellent value for money.

The worst experience ever. Rowen is a fraud - after a year and a half of my car being in their shop, I finally decided to take it because of he’s lies and empty promises. I finally decided to take my car back and there’s parts missing which he has refused to return back to me, the wiring is all screwed. They know nothing about cars in that place, he outsources shady people from locations to do the work. I’m currently staking legal action against them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE FOR ANYTHING!!! He only cares about himself!

On the 24 April 2019 I took my car in for oil service at DWT Auto Midrand and I was happy with the service received and the cost of R1600.00 then and decided I will also take it there again for a major service. On the 25 September 2019 I took my car back to DWT Auto Midrand for a Major Service and little did I know I was going to be taken for a ride and be robbed of my hard earned money at the same time. At the end of the day on 25 September 2019 I went to DWT Auto Midrand to collect my car as it was ready after a major service done at the cost of R 5,885.00 and was assured all is well with the car and it was washed too. I drove off and as I merged onto the N1S heading home my acceleration became an issue as the car would misfire at the speed of between 80-120KM/h. I took the car back the very next morning and I was assured they will resolved the issue for me. Little did I know that 1 ignition coil for cylinder 2 was damaged during the major service the day before and 2 of the other coils too whilst replacing spark plugs the previous day at major service.Instead of communicating that they damaged my ignition coils during the major service on 25 September 2019 they kept quiet and put a dark tape to keep them intact until the next service. I was only told the ignition coil for cylinder 2 was repaired with a second hand sleave and will be fine till the next service. Ignition coil for cylinder 2 was covered with dark tape and not a second hand sleave as communicated. They also told me my next service was due after 5000 km which I found very strange cause service intervals are between 15000km or 20000km depending on the vehicle make.An Oil service should be done atleast once a year but suddenly mine was due after 5000km after doing the oil service in April 2019 already. This was planned so that when I bring the car back for this oils service it will appear as if my ignition coils were damaged and must be replaced where as they were damaged during the major service done on 25 September 2019. On Thursday 7 November 2019 driving home from work an engine light came on and I was surprised as the major service was done just over 5 weeks ago. The reason for the engen light was due to the damaged ignition coils and the one with dark tape for cylinder 2 was damaged further by DWT Auto during the major service done. I was also quoted for Air Filter on my invoice with the major service but it was never replace.I just ended up taking my car to another dealership and this was the outcome of the diagnosis as a result of Major Service done at DWT Auto Midrand. I am very disappointing at the workmanship and standard of service done where my car was damaged further whilst being serviced on the 25 September 2019. I paid close to R6000.00 for this and its my money down the drain as in less than 2 months my engine had problems just after a major service.This is unethical and unacceptable business behavior by DWT Auto Midrand and I will never take my car nor recommend their services to any one out there as a result of the poor workmanship and low quality works done and damaging my ignition coils and not having the decency to replace them but rather anticipate that I will come back and pay more money to have them replaced yet it was never my fault but theirs.I am sick to my stomach that I was corned and made to believe all was well with my car yet it was not the case. Even worse they never communicated damaging 3/4 of my ignition coils. Only one ignition coil was okay.

Awesome service, great prices! They treat each customer with respect and care. They help you budget when things really go wrong with the car. My car has about 200000km on it and needs big things done and they have helped me from the word go! Can not reccomend them enough!
