This was worst purchase we have ever made and I would not recommend buying a bed from this company. We have made many big purchases over the years from cars to appliances to paying for a varsity education. Being both Proffesional’s and having retail experience of over twenty years we have never this dissapointed by the service and the poor quality of the product. I will be 50 years old this year and I have slept on many different beds and surfaces. Sleeping in different hotels guest house holiday resorts caravans hiking cabins, tents mattresses and the list is endless. This bed we bought from this company was a botched bed a bad purchase a dud an colossal waste of money if ever we have wasted our hard earned money or money we saved up to buy a new bed it was making this purchase. We spent time explaining our need or concerns or expectations. We were sold a bed that was not only nothing close to what we requested but it is uncomfortable and night after night we have have restless nights sleep. The day after we bought this bed we went back to complain and ask for our money back because none of our needs were met none of our requirements were met we were dismissed and told that comfort was not a guarantee. I had to argue and fight for someone to come and have a look at the bed to see what is wrong with the bed and Dirk the manager said he will see if he can do to get someone to come test and inspect the bed but it could take a while. It has been two weeks and not one follow up call no customer service curtesy call. Basically they took our money and for the next 20 year this nightmare inducing bed is now our problem. Do not waste your hard earned money at this company. I feel we have been taken advantage of and exploited. Please be careful this company and Dirk does not care about you or their faulty products the sell you.
