I have been dealing with this pharmacy from the day they started trading and find them extremely efficient, dependable and helpful. Their pricing is market related and the personal service is what makes me a loyal patron. The odd delay does not deter me from them.

This is my number 1 pharmacy. My one stop shop. They always willing to help even if there is no stock they will go out of their way to order it and deliver as well. Thank you Nightingale team for your excellent service and compassion you show to your customers.

Their service is pathetic. I took a sample of the meds i needed urgently, which they didnt have but had to order and made me pay for in advance. On arrival the next day discovered the wrong meds were ordered. I was told the correct meds was orderd this time and it would be delivered the next day. On day 3 i tried calling the entire day couldnt get through neither were was i getting a response on watsapp. After pleading on watsapp for a response just before they closed ,the response was that the meds are out of stock and i would only be getting my meds almost a week later. I was forced to get there just as they were about to close and demanded a refund. It was most shocking to see the attitude of management as they had no remorse for neglecting to inform me that i was falsely advised of delivery on that day. When i questioned them instead they were quite defensive and no apology at all for all the inconvenience of me going there 3 days in a row and still no meds. The staff there are very rude and there is also no order in that place they cant even find a pen or piece of paper to write ...very disorganized and totally unacceptable.

Kind and very friendly staff. Really appreciate well-mannered individuals who are helpful and informed. Will shop again !
