Nike Store

Wow.... Never have I ever been convinced not to spend my hard earned money. I had such a bad experience. Tumi you should not be in sales at all. I was there willing to spend my money but your service and attitude towards me was so bad I'll never step foot in there again !

Welcome to nike eastgate. No customer service. Had to go to Rosebank to spend good cash. We're customer service rocks. My advice get a new team that actually wants to work.

Most pathetic service!! Not even worth going entering the store. Nike should rather shut down this branch as its really useless!!

Wish I could give no stars!! Having a party in store...all of the staff chatting away...ot bothered to help customers!!!! Terrible service!!!!!

Been to this store a number of times, the store manager seems to have forgotten how to manage. The place is always playing loud music, they are always chatting loudly, the items dnt have prices on them, it is just shocking how they are allowed to operate like that. Today they were standing in a circle chatting away without being bothered by customers inside the shop.Something needs to be done before its too late...

Nope,staff literally gauges you as you step in and immediately dismiss you and continue chatting amongst themselves-in all 3 times I’ve been there. No longer go there now-any other branch BUT that one.Nope,nope, no thank you .

I went to buy with a voucher I got from work. My purchase could not be processed cause the store didn't have internet connection. I'm really disappointed

I walked in the store for the second time now and this girls standing, talking and laughing loud just looked me and didn’t offer to even give me a service or ask if I can be helped . I had to walk around the store alone and I wanted to buy a lot of clothing I saw but they didn’t even offer to assist . Instead they were all by the paying counter talking loud and laughing with the music soo loud .The look they give us it’s like I was a low life and they were above me. They don’t have customer service and the attitude is extremely bad . If Nike doesn’t sort out this mess soo then I will assume Nike condones this behaviour .The previous day I was at the zone Rosebank and I received extremely good service . The GM or Regional Manager for Nike must resolve this nonsense we are paying customers not step children of nice .

I have never been so inconvenience like that. I bought items cash and when it's time to refund them within a week, all of sudden I need to wait for them to generate cash. I am naming and shaming these two Khumbuzile Gumede and the saw called manager Zintle Dlangamandla. There are people out there looking for work. But you two know nothing about customer service. NEVER again will I buy in this store.
