A TO Z PARTY Hire

I will make a point of not supporting this shop. The workers are rude and refuse too help the ladies in the front when it comes to carrying or loading. They are truly rude to the ladies in front and by the looks of things racist. You can not find parking in front because the employees use all the parking spots. The one employee wendy was rude and shouting at people as if they are above reprieve. People take my advise find another party shop to support

Please do not use this company. I used them for my daughter's birthday party in November and paid upfront as required. The tent hired which cost R3500 to was a peg and pole dirty off white marquee which was old and poor quality and ruined the imagine of my event. I complained as was advised that they will provide a replacement which they failed to do and promised a discount as an alternative which they also did not provide and changed their story post the event when i followed up on the refund for the discount. The rides which were R550 each to hire were old, damaged and did not function. They provided replacements when I complaint which were as bad.

On they day of hire , I requested a receipt and was given a payment POS machine receipt , nothing to show the quantity or description of what we were hiring , I was then spoken too so rudely by the lady totaling the goods but let it go since we were told that we would receive an invoice on the day it was returned , we were told that we needed to wash and return the goods which were done but only for 7/10 of the chair covers used we only washed the 7 , we were told that all were dirty ??? We were going to be charged R5 for each item that needed washing , it was not a matter of price but it was extremely unprofessional , rude and to be honest I’d rather pay more and go somewhere else than be treated like scum

They have pretty much ANY theme you can think of + jumping castle hire, etc. Also reasonably priced :) great service too!
