Not very good in doing pedi's

Today, we visited Madura Spa at Klein Kariba and we expected the service to be spontaneous but only the Spa manager and Receptionist was friendly and our experience when we arrived was amazing but our therapist was another story. First I thought she had mutism but almost finished with the treatment she suddenly said she wil get a bowl to wash my hands. Definitely not what I expected from a therapist. I was supposed to soak nails and new Gel but my therapist gave me a feeling she don’t want to talk to me and if I’m intruding and said I changed my mind and not going to apply the gel. Husband had a massage and was also complaining about his therapist. He often go for massages and said it was really not worth the money. Our feeling is excellent spa, gr8 management and reception but therapist makes it not worthwhile
