A great little Pilates Studio in Paardevlei, Somerset West. Ingrid is a fantastic instructor who is professional, fun, attentive and always up to challenging us. I’ve noticed such a difference in my posture and strength since joining!

Very knowledgeable and kind instructor. Immediately felt comfortable in her classes.Instructor always surprises us with new exercises and keeps on challenging us.Noticed improvements in my posture and energy levels within 2 weeks.Size of classes are great as each person gets individual attention from the instructor.Would definitely recommend!
