I went to buy plates for my car at this shop. The lady(tall with blonde head) wanted to charge me 3% more for using a card to pay. She was very unfriendly and rude. Instead of explaining why the surcharge she gave my papers back so I can go somewhere else.She is hopeless and needs to learn a lot about customer service. Her attitudes stinks and I will never go back there!
