Could not believe their price...like 45 % lees than others and did a great job. Has never seen a carpet so clean. They even pick up loose carpets to go shake and clean. Always responds fairly quickly.

Horrendous experience...to put it succinctly....carpets were drenched with so much water that it took over a week for them to dry, & then of course the terrible wet carpet smell for over a week...deodorizing was only done about week later after expecting it done at initial cleaning...many discoloration marks still remain on carpet!! Price was same as three other companies!
