They have what you need, however they feel like a store you go to if you forgot to get something at another store. It does not feel like they want to compete. But if you need just bread and milk or the emergency stop they will suffice.

So I had a bit of an issue on the app this morning. I was put in touch with the manager directly who was not to sure of how to handle my issue since they've never had this particular issue. He didn't just leave it at that but made contact with the regional office and the regional manager contacted me, my issue was sorted and parcel delivered within 20min.What bloody excellent service we received form you today! I would give you 100 stars if I could and you have a loyal customer for life.! Thank you Gareth and Dave!
