I have open a case from 2020 and it hasn't been finalized, Its back and forth with no help from these people. I call almost every week to check they always tell me that someone will call me. I believe a guy called Mr. Matimba he's the one whos handling my case but i never heard any word from him and he's always not in the office, this is very bad.
