I stopped at the garage as my vehicle was really dirty and needed a wash. There were only 3 cars in the bay at the time so thought an hour would be sufficient. As I always do, i had a coffee and toasted sandwich to bide the time. After 80min i walked back to my car and found that they had not completed the wash. As i am not one to complain, i thought i would report it to the manager on duty first. After an abrupt sorry, i knew that it needed to be reported so that Senior Management can stop this from happening again.
