Bad service.no communication from workers to big boss.terrible customer service.3 weeks waiting for feedback on generator.eventually after struggle got qoute and asked them to mail qoute.all of a sudden they contacted me again and said there are to much work on generator and they will not be fixing it.I must come and collect my generator.pathetic serive for a business.Shocking.

Even though he was unable to help me with the issue, he recommended and referred me to places where I would be able to get the assistance required. Good day AllI have no guided to ask how are you, given the smear campaign against our company.Nonetheless i thought it's appropriate to write a review with regard to the bad reviews we got from Abby Karonga and Gery Sfid.We have never had a customer or a potential customer by the name of Abby Karonga, however Abby Karonga is the wife of our former employee (Charles Karonga) who is disgruntled after being dismissed for dishonesty, stealing and using the company name for fraudulent purposes. We did open a case of fraud against him and having his wife writing bad reviews was the only way to retaliate for the dismissal and criminal charges laid against him.As for Gery Sfid, no one by that name came to our business premises nor did the person contact us, however should he have experienced poor service like he say in the review, in a normal situation one would ask for a manager if he felt like he was not getting any help for junior staff members but none of this ever happened thus supporting our statement that there is a smear campaign against our company.To all those who have been writing genuine reviews please keep on doing so as this will help us in improving our servicesRegardsEdgar Mkololo

Our compay has purchased machines fron this company nationwide, including during lockdown. We have found the company to be professional and would highly recommend them.

We purchased a generator, and then attempted to set up regular services with Goodall Power Systems as they were the service provider affiliated with the company, we bought the generator from. Firstly, we struggled to set up the regular services as we constantly had to follow up with Goodall, and then more recently we attempted to book them to do a job to do some adjustments to the machine. We got as far as accepting their quote, and then no further. After multiple attempts to book the actual job, we have eventually given up as we were informed by the owner of the business that not only is he not his manager's PA but that he is also not prepared to micro manage his staff - this when we complained to him with regards to the fact that no one had gotten back to us despite multiple attempts on our part to contact them. Unless you have all the time in the world to beg and plead with them to do the job they have been contracted to do, do not bother booking Goodall's services as they are clearly not interested providing the service advertised to their clients.

I have always had excellent service from Goodall Power Systems team and when ever there was an issue with a generator, they would spend hours to resolve the issue. Whoever wants to believe that they deliver bad service, you are entitled to your own opinions, but their service delivery is exceptional

Its easier to get deceived by the shop front ,which does not tally with service offered.and didn't expect to see such incompetency and poor service to match the claim of 4 decades in service shifted my focus to other better back service providers after countless disappointments and poor telephonic eetiquette.

I'm sorry for the complaints I'm seeing but my experience with Goodall power system is totally different. They have been servicing our Gensets for 4 years now and I have no complaints. Their service are excellent, they are reliable and on point whenever I call them for a emergency they respond quickly and whenever there is a problem on the gensets they solve it quickly. I will recommend Goodall power systems to anyone who have a genset because their prices are reasonable and because they know what they doing.
