Beautiful and clean surroundings. Chalet had everything we needed and more. So peaceful and tranquil. The owner Nellie's hospitality can not be compared. Definitely recommend Sionshoop to everyone!! Will definitely return again soon.

Awesome place, Clean and comfortable, with everything one needs in the cottages. The little hall has a pizza oven, and a bar...Surrounded by mountains makes for beautiful scenery. Hicking routes available...Hospitality and care OUTSTANDING!!!!!!A breakaway place to rest and reload!!!!!

Lovely View, amazing rooms, sooo comfortable, nothing better. A must visit. Most of all everyone is so helpful and welcoming. Very romantic for couple, but also suitable for friends and family. And affordable

Fantastic place and wonderful Owner/hostess. An absolute MUST if you’re want to relax and unwind. Abundant bird life..a photographers dream. Definitely recommend it as the perfect getaway

No cell reception but free WiFi to stay connected. Kitchen well equipped, braai and fireplace. Cottage bigger than I thought. Very neat!

The peace and quiet was refreshing! Love the interior of the cottages and the facilities for the kids. Safe and secure, and very neat. The free WiFi is a great bonus. And the Karoo hospitality received from Nellie, the Owner was unmatched. Can’t wait to return soon!

Amazing scenery. Clean houses. Friendly owner. What more needs to be said? Had a lovely time and would recommend to everyone and anyone who's looking for a calm weekend away. Nellie is an amazing owner and is always prepared to go the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable.
