Worst service ever. This Haval has no clue what they're doing or what's going on. Haval SA really needs to intervene and train these guys or get someone better to manage the place. Stacy the front desk lady seems to be the one who calls the shots because nothing seems to run without her approval. I understand that shes a thorn among the roses but when someone is not good at their job something should be done. Take the drive to Hillcrests branch save yourself the headache of dealing with this branch.

No one knows what they're doing, came in for the same issue in my car 3 times. Each time they blamed it on something else. I gave a detailed written list of faults and they couldnt even ve bothered to go through it because when I came to collect the car and asked if what i had written down was attended to they told me I didnt mention any of the issues to them when i dropped the car off. Luckily i had left the paper with them in the morning otherwise they would have made it as if I didnt know what i was talking about and they werent in the wrong. It takes forever to get ahold of the lady at the front desk. They leave messages for her to her back to me and she never calls back. I'm over haval and their service. Never again would I support this company or brand of car.

If i could give zero I would. The after sales service and technical team are appalling. Waited more than 3 hours for proper assistance with my breakdown. There's poor communication and the technician even lied to us. You have to do better seriously.

Unreliable, dishonest, misleading communication - spent 4 hours waiting for a technician to come who had said he was 2 min aUnreliableway. Everytime I called and managed to get through he was always on his way until they closed for business and now cannot be reached.Now stuck with a car that cannot start the whole weekend and cannot be towed from where it is unless the technician comes out and disengages it from park.When they've said they'll call me back they have not, I've had to call them back everytime.

Very horrifying. The after sale service is absolutely bad,no one can actually do their job. They make no attempt to help their customers whatsoever and the mechanics there are unqualified. In my opinion they should fire an rehire new staff. So that people don't lose confidence in the brand.

They need to update the show room and the service area very urgently. The place donot compare to any of the other outlets. The area at reception in the workskop is absolutely a desaster. Very unfriendly and the spare parts in the reception area lying on the ground. It was so hot in side and smelly. I am taking my car rather to Newcastle for a service.

OUR experience purchasing a Brand New Haval Jolion 2022 from Haval Pietermaritzburg was excellent. We worked closely with Abdullah the entire purchase . He was fast to answer all my questions and helped out as much as he could.
