very bad everytime when i call to order something there are excuses the stoves are not on yet , we cant make ribs at moment or we cant deliver this and that haaaaay iam done

I didn't like the service we received.We got there and ordered slushy on the kiosk and paid. We waited for our order only to be told they don't sell slushy and the cashier was being rude and giving attitude. She didn't wanna refund us.I'm very disappointed in your service
