Best service ever, consultants are friendly and they are doing their work , unlike other home affairs offices that i visited in Gauteng whereby when you arrive at 4H00pm they chase you away and say they are closing in half and hour. at Vryheid i got in at 4H20PM and i was attended and helped. Big ups KZN, your service rocks!!!!

Being in a que for 3 hours!!!...just for Passport COLLECTION! Collection?!...ay...we got in and one official kept juggling computers to assist as efficiently as she could, didn't get her name but she has birth mark in her forehead and lips...while the one attended one person and would leave.

I have been standing in the queue since 8h00, according to the notice on the door the department is suppose to open at 8h30. Its 9h00 and the doors are still closed. I knocked to ask, when they opened the door, there was only 1 person behind the counters and when I asked when we can go in, they closed the door in my face without an answer

Absolutely impressed! I came to do my passport and smart ID on a Thursday...it took me no more than 25 minutes and I was out. Now it's a Wednesday and I have both back. Wow guys! This department works really well.
