Yeah you have to get there very early in the morning to be ahead in line. But once its open they really work no lie. I suspect most complaints are from people who go there during and after lunch, I'd be lazy too after working with people for a whole morning but definitely not an excuse. I got there at 6am, they opened at 8am, I was in at 9h30, and out early 11

Service is very poor and extremely slow. Only 5 people is allowed to enter the building at one time and it takes approximately 2 hours inside to assist those 5 persons. Its pathetic

Poor service we are not even allowed to get to the reception desk we have to share our personal info with the security in order to get help and had to stand in line for 4hrs there was only 6 people in front of me and we wait outside while the waiting area inside is empty

If you want to experience the worst, lack of public service go to this Home Affairs. You will queue for the whole day, whether you come in at 4am or earlier, doesn’t make a difference. They prioritize people who make online bookings. There’s no efficiency with the online booking because all you do is book a slot and when you get to the branch, you start the whole application process.The department doesn’t partner with banks around Polokwane for online applications so it means that all you have to do is waste your money, time, leave days and never get any service.

Do you like putting in a days leave to stand in the que from 6am and only being told at 15:00 that they cant help you and only 45 people being assisted the whole day, and to colllect your Passport or Id? Well this is the place for you.

The Most Horrible Service Ever. I Have Been Coming Here For 3 Days Consecutively And I Still Don't Have My ID Yet They Told Me To Come Collect. They Take Less Than 50 People A Day And We're Always More Than 100 In The Queue For Collection. These People Are Lazy!!

Such horrible service! Extremely unprofessional and rude staff with no respect for their jobs or others. You’ll be turned away 5 times before you can actually get service. If you can do your passport or ID anywhere else please do.What an absolute waste of my time.

System is always slow or down. Very Slow and poor service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!You’ll wait the whole day for collection,only to be told at 15:00 that they’re knocking Off.They don’t even deserve one star.
